Top class racing on Saturday

Dartmouth (1.45 Newbury) @ 7/4 Win (NAP)

A three time winner this season and third in the King George he’s by far and away the class act in this field. Ground is a little sift but that should hold no problems and a runaway success is on the cards for the Stoute/Moore partnership.

Garcia (3.10 Ayr) @ 9/2 Win (Next Best)

Take away Garcia’s last run and he has a very good form sheet with a treble already to his name. Today he gets an aprrentice allowance and is effectively only 1lb higher than that last win at Haydock, so he has a big chance in this competitive handicap.

What About Carlo (2.50 Newbury) @ 14/1 E/W (In With A Chance)

The winner of last years race the five year old comes here 1lb lower than when victorious that time and conditions have turned in his favor today. Older horses also have a better record in this race so a place can be expected and a follow up in the renewal.
