Goninodaethat (5.15 Ayr) @ 3/1 (NAP)
Multiple winner over 6 and 7 furlongs including course and distance winner at this track, the eight year old absolutely loves it around here and can go in again. Last time out he was only beaten by a couple of lengths in a better contest and this time Jim Goldie has put blinkers on for the first time, suggesting he’s ready for this contest with a sharper run.
Bunce (2.30 Ayr) @ 6/1 E/W (Next Best)
The only course and distance winner in the line up, that experience will count for a lot around here. It’s been over a year since the last win but a drop in the weights by 5lbs looks a much better mark for Linda Perratt’s topweight, and is handed the vote today.
Intiwin (4.45 Ayr) @ 12/1 E/W (In With A Chance)
The favourite has plenty of weight to carry and this looks a lot more open than the betting suggests. Intiwin has form at the track winning in the past, and he’s also flexible in terms of ground, winning on both good and soft. First run out last month blew the cobwebs away and Richard Fahey’s charge has better chances to strike here than the odds suggest.
