Bon Chic (3.15 Fakenham) @ 2/1 (NAP)
Yesterday’s NAP won nicely and we’re making big profits from our first pick this month. Today’s selection has been competing in much better races than this, including a listed race at Cheltenham. This is her favourite distance and has also won on this course before so everything looks set up for victory. The blinkers are also on for the first time which is generally a plus point.
Thyne For Gold (2.10 Fakenham) @ 5/1 E/W (Next Best)
Another that’s stepping down in class, Donald McCains five year old has a great shout in this heat. He appreciated better ground last time out at Carlisle and the extra few furlongs will also bring the best out in him.
Deepsand (3.25 Nottingham) @ 12/1 E/W (In With A Chance)
The versatile type winning between 6 furlongs and 2 miles, but this distance looks preferable. He came third on his last outing which was the first appearance of the season so fitness should be no problem. It’s a very open contest and shouldn’t take too much to take the spoils.
